Modest updates for a popular model
Our spies have already caught up with the facelifted BMW 5-Series Touring, but now they've managed to snap photos of its sedan counterpart.
The lightly camouflaged prototype reveals some minor changes including new bumpers, restyled headlights and an enlarged grille. The taillights could also have a new design, but we can't be sure quite yet.
Engine options could carryover, but speculation has suggested the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder could have an increased output of 316 bhp (235 kW).
The 2014 BMW 5-Series is expected to be launched next spring, so look for a possible unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show.
