BMW M6 Gran Coupe upgraded to 800 HP by PP-Performance [video]

Can hit 203 mph

German tuner PP-Performance is presenting an upgrade package for the BMW M6 Gran Coupe.

Described as being the fastest 6-Series in the world, PP-Performance's M6 comes with a significant bump in output from 560 HP (412 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) to 800 HP (588 kW) and 950 Nm (700 lb-ft) squeezed from the same V8 4.4-liter twin-turbo engine. The massive power hike which costs €14,999 (without VAT) was achieved by installing bespoke downpipes, BMC racing filters, an Akrapovic titanium exhaust system and also through some electronic tweaks.

As a result of this huge bump in output, the yellow/green BMW M6 Gran Coupe seen here is capable of hitting a top speed of 203 mph (328 km/h) whereas the stock car is electronically limited at 155 mph (250 km/h) and 189 mph (305 km/h) when configured with the optional M Driver's Package. Details about the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint have not been provided but it should turn out to be significantly quicker than the series M6 Gran Coupe which does the run in 4.2 seconds.
