Italian company Tecnicar is currently working on an electric supercar, capable of reaching 300 km/h.

According to our source, the Sicily-based producer has designed a high-performance electric coupe, named the Lavinia. The vehicle is reportedly powered by an electric motor with 800 HP (588 kW) that ensures the 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint is done in 3.5 seconds. The maximum speed is rated at 300 km/h (186 mph).

The car is currently under construction and it is still unclear when it will be fully completed. Design of the Lavinia is done by Giuseppe Ferrazzano, while these 3D renderings are made by Angelo Granata. Furher details are expected in the coming months.
