Maserati Quattroporte Ermenegildo Zegna concept set for IAA debut

Production version due next year

Maserati has announced plans to showcase the Quattroporte Ermenegildo Zegna concept next week at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

The main idea behind this special Quattroporte is to pave the way for new materials, color schemes and finishes which will be available starting next year. Maserati teamed up with Ermenegildo Zegna to create a bespoke paint using "ultra-fine aluminum pigments" which simulate the "fluidity and purity of metal" while a gloss black primer was added for a special look.

The interior features a moka and greige theme with genuine soft leather covering the roof lining, door panels and seats. As a final touch, several surfaces have received a velvet-like bright fabric which enhances the premium feel provided by the cabin.
