Debuts late next year
The seventh generation of the Hyundai Sonata has been spied undergoing testing at the Nürburgring circuit in Germany.
Already confirmed for a 2014 debut, the all-new Sonata will adopt the firm's "fluidic precision" styling language with LED headlights and taillights, together with what appears to be a more upright front grille. At the back of the car there is a dual exhaust arrangement while inside we notice a large center display which probably has touchscreen capabilities.
It will be an important model for Hyundai since the Sonata has turned out to be one of their best-selling cars in Korea and United States. The new Sonata will be launched towards the end of 2014 as a 2015 model year.
