Limited to 150 units

Vygor has released several teaser photos of its Opera racing utility vehicle.

More than a year since revealing the concept, unknown Italian brand Vygor is now teasing the final production version of the world's first Racing Utility Vehicle (RUV). It will make its public debut next spring and will be produced in a limited edition of 150 units.

Power comes from a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbo engine that will be available in three states of tune: 296 hp (221 kw) and 280 lb-ft (380 Nm); 345 hp (257 kW) and 361 lb-ft (490 Nm); 414 hp (309 kW) and 435 lb-ft (590 Nm). Power is sent to a permanent four-wheel drive system with Torsen front differential and a rear locking differential via a standard 5-speed manual or optional 6-speed sequential automatic gearbox.

The most powerful version is able to perform the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 4.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 162 mph (260 km/h).
