Should have a turbocharged 3.8-liter engine with 560 HP

The 2014 Porsche 911 GT2 has been spied undergoing testing on the Nürburgring.

Caught virtually undisguised, the high-performance coupe clearly echoes its GT3 counterpart but is distinguished by extended wheel arches and wider rear fenders with large air intakes. The model is also equipped with aggressive bumpers, a prominent rear wing and a center-mounted dual exhaust system.

Power will likely be provided by a turbocharged 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine that develops 560 HP (412 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. It should be connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission which sends power to the rear wheels. This setup should enable the model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in approximately three seconds and hit a top speed in excess of 322 km/h (200 mph).

The Porsche 911 GT2 is expected to be introduced early next year, possibly at the Geneva Motor Show.
