Not the result you would expect.
The result of this drag race between a Ferrari 458 Italia and a classic BMW 3-Series (E30) is a surprise for most of us. Before the race, the 458 Italia defeated a standard Nissan GT-R and also a Speedart BTR 600 Porsche 911 (997) Turbo so it was pretty confident.
However, it all took a turn for the worse when the Italia had to go head-to-head with a couple of BMWs. At first there was a late 80s / early 90s M5 (E34) that had a turbocharged engine generating more than 1,000 hp (746 kW) which was faster in a drag race. The same thing happened with this late 80s 3-Series Coupe (E30).
